John C. “Jc” Velazquez

John C. "JC" Velazquez, age 26 of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Beloved son, brother and father, JC gained his wings on Sunday, October 29, 2023, far too soon. He leaves behind his mother María Caraballo, father Angel Velazquez, daughter Alanis Rose Velazquez, brothers; Juan, Jose, Ángel, Luis, Malik, sisters; Yachira Carla, Natasha, Angelica, Jubilee and family who loved him immensely.

Visitation at WITKOWIAK FUNERAL HOME, 529 W. Historic Mitchell St., Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53204 on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral at 12:00 PM.  Interment to follow in Forest Home Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
