Juanita Martinez, age 78 of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away on Thursday evening at Sunrise Assisted Living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, unexpectedly.

She is survived by her significant other, several siblings and other relatives and friends.

At this time a private family prayer service followed by cremation is planned.
