In Loving Memory of Justina Gonzalez-Mejias

November 30, 1936 – August 6, 2025

With deep sorrow and profound love, we announce the passing of Justina Gonzalez-Mejias, who left this world peacefully on August 6, 2025, at the age of 88.

Born and raised in Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico, Justina lived a life marked by compassion, generosity, and unwavering faith. She was a devoted mother, a loving sister, a proud grandmother and great-grandmother, and a guiding light to all who knew her.

She is lovingly remembered by her children—Migna Elizabeth, Luis Alberto, and Alvin; her sister Aida; her ten grandchildren; and her five great-grandchildren. She now joins in eternal rest her beloved husband Luis and dear son Edwin, whom she missed deeply.

Justina was known for her helping hands, kind spirit, and deep religious faith. Her life was a testament to love in action—always ready to support, comfort, and pray for those in need.

Her legacy lives on in the values she instilled and the lives she touched. May she rest in peace and eternal light.

A visitation for Justina will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 605 S. 4th Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 starting at 10 AM to 11 AM, with a Mass at 11 AM.
