MILWAUKEE – Josephine Moreno, beloved mother and loving abuela to her many grandchildren, was commended unto the Lord on January 27, 2022. Her sassy and loving spirit will live on through us all.
She is preceded in death by her parents Cirilo & Paula Moreno, and four siblings; her son, Michael A. Moreno; and grandchildren, Ismael Eli Moreno, Hector “Fatso” Augustine Torres and Josephine “Baby J” Munoz.
She is survived by her children Pedro (Sue) Moreno, Josephine “Mary” Jones, Marco (Missy) Moreno, Jeanette “Julie” (Ivan) Moreno, Christine “Chrissy” (Hector) Moreno, Justin Moreno and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Witkowiak Funeral Home at 11am, followed by a service at 1pm, and procession to Holy Cross Cemetery.
