Treviño Nava, Gregoria

Gregoria “Connie” Treviño Nava was reunited in Heaven with her true love Mario Nava, on September 25, 2022 at 66 years of age. Preceded in death by parents Dora and Raul. Loving mother of Annamarie (Juan), John (Nicole), and Rochelle (Alejandro). Adored grandmother of Everardo Jr, Esteban, Exavier, Jandel, Sofia, John Jr, Alani, Moises, Alejandro Jr, Emiliano, and Natalia. Precious great-grandmother of Ezekiel and Evelena. Caring sister of Irma, Ricardo, Raul Jr, Helen, Josefina, and the late Albran, Ana, Estella, and Margarita. Special Aunt to Beronica. Further loved by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Connie was born on November 19, 1955 in Uvalde, Texas and was proud to be Tejana. She had a vibrant, out-going personality, and was truly the life of the party. She was a phenomenal cook and loved to spoil her babies with their favorite meals. There wasn’t a time that they weren’t excited and happy to have grandma’s food. Her delicious rice and potato salad were always requested for family gatherings. She was a great dancer and enjoyed dancing to all her favorite Tejano songs. An avid bingo player, we know that she is daubing away and getting all the jackpots in heaven.

Mom, no words exist to express to you how much we love you, and how greatly you are missed. You will forever be in our hearts, and on our minds.

Please join us in honoring our mother on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Witkowiak Funeral Home (529 W Historic Mitchell St Milwaukee, WI 53204) 10:30am-12:30pm, followed by burial at 1:00pm at Holy Trinity Cemetery (3564 South 13th Street Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53221).
